As Head of Project Management for Amazon Alexa Smart Properties’ Healthcare Innovation feature at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, I led the full production lifecycle under complex compliance constraints and a highly compressed timeline. From managing stakeholder communication and scheduling to risk mitigation and legal alignment, I ensured the project was executed with both creative impact and regulatory care. To safeguard patient privacy while preserving the authenticity of the story, I proactively sourced actor stand-ins for sensitive scenes and restructured production workflows to remain fully compliant, all while maintaining alignment with Amazon’s brand expectations and delivery deadlines.
