Microsoft Black Partner Growth Initiative: Speaker Series Production

Managing Multi-Location Production Across the U.S. and Canada for Microsoft's Black Partner Growth Initiative.

Project Type: Multi-City Video Series | International Production Coordination | Executive Storytelling

As Creative Project Manager and Production Lead for Microsoft’s Black Partner Growth Initiative speaker series, I led the full execution of a multi-location video production spanning the U.S. and Canada. The series featured entrepreneur and Stimulus Founder Tiffanie Stanard alongside 10 additional Black business leaders, each filmed on location within a single, tightly coordinated week. From strategic scheduling and travel logistics to cross-border compliance and visual consistency, I oversaw every phase of the project to deliver a cohesive, high-impact series that amplified innovation and leadership across North America.

My Role:

  • Directed multi-city production logistics across the U.S. and Canada

  • Consolidated 11 shoots into one intensive week to control cost and maximize efficiency

  • Managed speaker coordination, travel planning, and on-site scheduling

  • Aligned production quality and brand consistency across varying locations

  • Supported the Producer and DP with city-specific planning and local requirements

Outcome:

The series was completed on schedule and aligned with Microsoft’s DE&I and brand initiatives. It successfully spotlighted Black entrepreneurs and executives across North America, delivering consistent, high-quality content through strategic coordination, operational precision, and thoughtful storytelling execution.
