  • Directed comprehensive production planning and logistical coordination for an international filming project in London.

  • Coordinated and synchronized internal workflows and client-facing workback schedules in collaboration with Microsoft's primary liaison.

  • Identified potential production risks and implemented schedule contingencies to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Supervised the delivery of all content milestones and obtained necessary stakeholder approvals.
