As the Project Manager, I led the end-to-end production of the Veeva Customer Spotlight for Sappington, a creative strategy and design firm. This animation-first video was crafted with a streamlined, skeleton crew, focusing on purposeful design, brand storytelling, and efficient asset use. With minimal filming and a heavy emphasis on motion graphics, the final deliverable presented Veeva’s message in a clean, engaging format optimized for digital platforms. My role spanned pre-production logistics, creative alignment, motion integration, and client approvals, all executed remotely and on schedule.

My Role:

• Motion Design Focus: Collaborated with designers to bring Sappington’s vision to life through animated intro/end cards and floating text graphics, ensuring brand consistency and modern visual appeal.

• Efficient Asset Use: Incorporated B-roll footage provided by the client, minimizing the need for additional filming while optimizing narrative flow.

• End-to-End Management: Owned the project from pre-production through post, including timeline management, review cycles, and final delivery.
